Our Team
How this desk is organised
This page describes Bali Airport Immigration Fast Track as it actually works: a small desk that handles Indonesian visa and stay-permit work, organised by responsibility rather than by biography.
- Document preparation. Assembles the file, checks each supporting document against the current requirement list, and returns anything that will not pass.
- Submission and tracking. Files through the official portal, keeps the reference numbers, and reports status changes as they happen rather than on request.
- Regulation watch. Tracks circulars and portal changes from the Directorate General of Immigration and marks any page on this site that a change makes stale.
- Client correspondence. Answers in writing, keeps the thread in one place, and repeats the fee breakdown before payment rather than after.
Why there are no names on this page
We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. If you want to know who you are dealing with, ask us directly. You will get a name and a role for your own booking, which is a far more useful answer than a public roster.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Figures and rules published here are taken from the operator or the responsible authority. When we have not been able to confirm something, the page says it is unconfirmed instead of rounding it into a fact. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and it will be corrected on the page rather than quietly deleted.
